33 Grey Street

Well our house has been on the market now for 3 months!!!. We've now reduced it by £25K from the original price to £155,000, which is quite low for similar properties in our area, but we mean business. This is our final price if it does'nt sell for offers in the region of this price, then it's the rental market here we come. We've now had 7 viewers only 2 of which were in a position to buy, all the rest had their houses on the market, waiting to sell. I know this is quite a lot of viewers for this current market, as we have 2 friends who also have properties on the market & one has'nt had any viewers the other has had a few!!. The 2 viewers who were in a position to buy, the first were down sizing so the gardens were too big!!!???, the others are first time buyers and they seemed quite interested, but not had any feedback as yet as they have only just been????. We'll keep you all posted.
