Aunty Pat arrived for her stay with ourselves, she arrived Friday & left Monday. We all had a lovely weekend together. Friday we had dinner with Diane, Mark, Chris & Claire, couteousy of Aunty Pat, she made a delicious Lasagne followed by a few glasses of vino, great food & great company!. Saturday we took a trip to Leeds fish market to buy some tiger prawns, calamari & New Zealand mussels, which again were cooked courteousy of Aunty Pat, & it was absolutley delicious!!!, I can still taste it now. Janet also came round to meet Aunty Pat as we've talked so much about her, we felt she should meet Janet our Surrogate Mother!. Sunday we all went to Cannon Hall Farm, as Megan loves animals, she had a whale of a time stroking all the animals she liked the sheep best. We then went for lunch at the Red Kite Pub, for a good old Sunday Lunch Mmmm Mmm!! We ordered a childs meal for Megan it was like an adults!!!, however she made a good dent in it, she ate almost half of it, she takes after her mother, who in my Grandads words can eat like an Irish Navvy!. Sunday evening we had beer, wine & Pimms on the deck!, & enjoyed the very brief bit of sunshine. We all had a fab weekend!
